Brad Guse
Brad has always been involved in real estate, spending most of his adult life in Dallas, Texas selling High-End properties as well as operating a successful interior design business. He grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and made many trips with his family to Puerto Vallarta and San Miguel over the years. He graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Business and Real Estate.
In 2003 Brad relocated to San Miguel De Allende, where he worked closely with Dotty Vidargas Real Estate selling high-end boutique properties. In 2006 brad moved to Puerto Vallarta to work with The Punta Mita Development for 2 years, in charge of outside broker relations. Between 2006-2010 Brad worked on multiple real estate transactions from Puerto Vallarta to San Miguel and now calls Puerto Vallarta and T. Fuller Real Estate home.

Tan Truong
Tan Truong brings to his clients a strong background in financial management. Born in Vietnam, Tan moved to the Unites States in 1975 where he has lived in Seattle, Washington and Palm Springs, California. With a “Bachelor of Arts” degree in “Accounting” and a minor in “Computer Science”, Tan worked for “Danzas”, a large import export shipping company in their accounting department. Tan then went on to become a branch manager for “US Bank” before coming to “T. Fuller and Associates” and Puerto Vallarta.
First visiting Puerto Vallarta in 1999, Tan told himself one day he would love to live and work in this vacation paradise. Tan has since made the Banderas Bay his home and has made his dream come true. His sincerity, dedication to professionalism, and his integrity are all foundations that he brings to his work. Tan represents buyers and sellers helping make their dreams come true as well. |

Jamie Coates
Jamie Coates was born in Prince George, BC, Canada and grew up in Toronto. There he studied avionics and commenced his first employment with Wardair Airlines, the Canadian pioneer in charter flights, which afforded him numerous opportunities for travel to Mexico. After commencing a real estate career in British Columbia, some years later he pursued his dream to live in paradise by moving to Vallarta in 1993. Combining his technical skills with his marketing abilities Jamie opened Puerto Vallarta's first Internet café in 1996: “The Net House”, a successful enterprise enjoying a loyal following to this day.
Known for his professional integrity, Jamie's knowledge, friendliness and eagerness to be of assistance has made him a worthy source to turn to in understanding the local market as well as for having your specific real estate questions answered.

Bob Bruneau
Bob Bruneau started his real estate career in Seattle, Washington in 1985 and quickly became a leader in that city's real estate market. He took classes and training throughout the 20 years
In Seattle to better serve his customers and clients. During this time Bob built a loyal group of well served buyers and sellers. In 2005, he moved full time to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, fulfilling a dream he had to own his own home here and be a part of this beautiful place and community. He has worked in the Puerto Vallarta real estate industry since moving here, being affiliated with the office of T. Fuller Real Estate. Bob continues to be a leader here, once again attracting loyal buyers and sellers!
